with Jeneth Blackert

1. TRUTH: Let go of all your inner struggles or fights by accepting what is. What IS the truth? When you accept what is, you can then choose to keep what you may not want or change it. So be impeccable with your true word, so you can accept and see what is – this will allow you to make conscious decisions to change it what you don’t like. “..the truth will set you free.” John 8:32

2. PASSION: Listen to the desires and passions in your heart. There is reason for these passions – you see — your passions are your divine path. Spirit guides us with our feelings within – go within or go without.

3. SEE: See yourself living your dreams now. Hold the vision and make your decisions based on what you see. It really is that simple.

4. EXPERIENCE: Too often we find ourselves “doing” things and not “experiencing” life. Be in life and stop “doing” things to get things done. The great Taoist master Lao Tzu said, “Do without doing.”

5. GIVE: When you give yourself, your gifts and gratitude the universe send opportunities and rewards in abundance for all areas of life.

6. RECEIVE: When we can do both give and receive openly — life flows with ease. Be open to every opportunity to give and receive.

7. LOVE: Fall in love with everything that is in your life. This includes the people you interact with, your environment, work, life and even how you operate you. Take time to take inventory of what you tolerate and what you don’t love, then remove what you aren’t in love with.

8. POWER: We are more powerful than we may ever know. Too often we allow illusions such as fear, doubt and worry to creep in. When you understand these are just feeling in your human body and they are not you — you can shift your emotions positively and stand in your power.

9. JOY: Allow life to be simple, easy and FUN. Do what you want. Love the life you lead. Stop following the rules of the world and march to your drummer.

10. CHANGE YOUR MIND: Know the techniques you need to change your subconscious habit and behaviors so you can live a life of personal freedom.

with Dr. Joni Carley

The definition of success is changing. It’s no longer measured in dollars alone. Success is beginning to be better understood as an alignment between life and livelihood, between monetary gain and an abundance of joy, vitality and good relationships.

It is important to reach professional benchmarks and organizational goals. However, there’s a softer, more difficult to measure, side to success. Companies are finding out that when employees are fulfilled, they work more productively to increase the bottom line. When they aren’t fulfilled, they lose time, attention, dedication, cooperation, and morale and that hurts profits.

In earning my doctorate in the Reinvention of Work and in literally searching the world for keys to success, I’ve discovered that in combining messages of today’s thought leaders with the ancient Taoist concepts of yin and yang it helps audiences and clients achieve the balance between striving for excellence and productivity (yang) and increasing creativity and vitality (yin) in the workplace.

For thousands of years, Taoists have taught that the physical world is a constant swing between yin and yang and that it’s important to seek balance between the two. But, there is no such thing as absolute yin or yang. There is always a little yin in the yang and vice versa. That’s why the yin/yang symbol has a dark circle in the light area and a light circle in the dark one. And while balance between the two is an ideal, it’s literally impossible.

You’d die if your body hit pinpoint homeostasis. Breathe in, you’re more yin; breathe out, more yang. Yin and yang are dynamic, relativistic terms: you might be more yin (kinder, gentler) than your boss but more yang (goal and fact oriented) than your friend. Even at rest, a yin state, our hearts and lungs are pumping, a yang activity. Men are generally considered more yang, women more yin. But I like the terms specifically because they transcend gender to help us distinguish qualities.

Finding Balance:

While there is no absolute balance point, the healthiest professionals and the strongest cultures develop equanimity between yin and yang, allowing the proverbial pendulum to swing both ways. That means balancing movement and rest, feminine and masculine, goals and feelings, dignity and productivity, creativity and data, work and play. Accordingly, my work is in helping clients best leverage the yin and the yang in order to bring forward the most universal solutions possible.

On a macro level, we’ve been in a millennia-old yang-ward spiral that’s characterized by predominantly male religious and political leaders, ever-expansive militarism, and a profit-at-any cost mentality that’s produced a poisoned planet, starving children, and pervasive violence that commands an unprecedented percentage of our resources.

We have yang-itis! Taoist philosophy might say we suffer from a yin deficiency. Just like we need positive and negative charges to create matter, and just like batteries need positive and negative poles in order to spark, and just like we need day to turn to night, we can’t reach our professional potential if we don’t bring equanimity between yin and yang values.

For example, for the first time in history we are capable of declaring that all kids eat and go to bed safe and warm – a yin value. Instead, we pay for weaponry and multimillion dollar executive bonuses that perpetuate the yang imbalance that keeps hungry kids in their place. On the same token, we know that values-driven workplaces are more sustainably successful, yet we still rely on outdated profit-at-any-cost methods of leadership.

Success & The Golden Rule:

The Golden Rule reminds us to treat others as we, ourselves, want to be treated. The converse is also true so we have to make sure that we, ourselves, are treated like we think everyone else ought to be.

What does the Golden Rule have to do with personal success? Every major religion has a version of it because time has taught us that following it not only affects what people achieve personally, but it’s important professionally because, ultimately, the Golden Rule rules.

In other words, it’s critical that we stake claim to our personal yin territory by demanding dignity, personal values alignment, strong relationships, creativity, freedom, and vitality in the workplace.

Take a moment to consider: What needs rebalancing in your professional life?

by Lyn-Dee Eldridge

In my own words My mission has always been to “pay it forward” by helping as many people as I can, find the greatness within themselves. We live in a world that is sometimes not so colorful, not so fair and sometimes what we think to be a dead-end street. Everyone has the right to live; no one should feel as if they are a failure or be told what they not capable of doing. Everyone has the right to create a lifestyle that they dream about.

My diverse background has given me the experience to help others overcome adversity and have triumphant success. It’s our full life experiences that make us who we are today.

So because of the good fortunes I’ve experienced in the game of life, I’ve gone from the very bottom to the top! The one thing that has always been consistent was empowering others to do what I have already accomplished and helping millions around the world to become all they can be! Helping others achieve the greatness within them is the most exciting, fulfilling and rewarding experience I have ever had and I look forward to many, many years of helping others like you create the greatness within!

7 Steps to a Better You!

Nearly everyone wishes they could do something better, become stronger, happier, perhaps even a little bit wiser. I have created a 7 steps guideline for everyone to follow that can alter your life for the better. I can assure you if you carry out these 7 steps daily you will grow into the person you dream to be, little by little. Personal development is not something that can change you over night, just like if you go to the gym for one day you will not see results. I can guarantee if you stay consistent, within time you will see the outcome you hoped for.

Step one: In the morning do your mirror exercise.

Stand in front of a mirror. Focus on yourself and your positive qualities that you find beautiful. Dig as deep as you possibly can, bringing out every compliment you can possibly give yourself. This can be quite difficult because if you are like most people, it’s always easier to pinpoint the negative rather then shine the spotlight on the positive. Give yourself every compliment you could ever want to receive. Tell yourself that you love yourself and that you are lucky to be you.

As for your qualities that others find in you, really look at them and see how you can improve.

(Remember, this is between you and you so be honest with yourself and change what should be changed.)

Step two: Read and / or listen to Personal Development

Every morning set aside about 10 minutes to read or listen to personal development. If you are unable to read while you’re having your breakfast or freshening up for the day an audio might be best. Read at least 10 pages a book per day. On your way to work, rather then listening to the radio, pop in a mentor CD of your choice to pump you up before the day officially starts.

Step three: Do something different for yourself everyday

Whether it’s wearing a new style of clothing or styling your hair different or trying new food, just do something, anything! Try stepping out of your comfort zone a little more.

Step four: Before bed, do your mirrors exercise

Same as what we did in step 1. Think of all the things that you’ve gotten accomplished today! And pat yourself on the back! Great Job!

Step five: Read and or listen to Personal Development

Start where you left off this morning. If there are some great nuggets that you got from the earlier session and you applied them to your day and they worked out well for you, jot them down. (Don’t just read and listen, but put them to work for you.)

Step six: Write in your journal while listening to inspiring music

Journals are the best way to express your feelings and keep track of your progression. Every evening, write down how your day was and think of ways that your tomorrow will and can be different. There is nothing like doing this step listening to great motivational music and that is anything you like that is up lifting!

Step 7: Smile and Enjoy

Control what is in your control, let go of what is not! Smile and enjoy the day as if it was your last and remember, life is to short to stew over every little thing.

((hugs)) to your wonderful future!

With JJ Virgin

In my new book, “Six Weeks to Sleeveless and Sexy,” I’m not taking away your favorite foods, but instead helping you make lateral shifts for great health and to lose weight.

Now a confession: Many of the foods that I want you to shift towards will also help you look younger, reduce wrinkles and keep your skin in great condition.

You’re welcome!

But seriously….beauty experts have known forever that creams can only do so much. What you eat directly relates to how your skin looks – and how it ages. For examples, if you’re someone who ingests a lot of sugar through juice or cola then your body will be working overtime to process all that high fructose corn syrup in these products. That sugar overload will create inflammation that will make your skin look older and saggy while making it more prone to wrinkles.

That’s the bad news. The great news is that there are so many foods you can eat that do “double duty beauty.” You’re slimming down with the “side effect” being a natural glow that makes you lose five to ten years off your face. Ever see someone who has lost weight and they suddenly look like they turned back the hands of time? The reason is they’re probably eating foods that support great skin. To that end, why not try these meal suggestions from my new book:

*Fresh salmon with a side of spinach for dinner

The anti-inflammatory properties in the omega-happy salmon will make your skin glow and get rid of any bags under your eyes while the Vitamin A in the leafy greens like spinach helps support skin healing.

*Oatmeal topped with chopped walnuts

The oatmeal is a high in fiber, keeping you fuller, longer and the walnuts give you a dose of heart and skin healthy optimal fats.

*Coconut milk for a quick stir fry or avocado slices on your turkey burgers.

These are healthy fats and your skin craves a little fat for hydration. Ever see someone with that crusty dry skin? Perhaps the problem is they have little good fat in their diets. By hydrating from the inside out with good fats, you may even help prevent wrinkles. And if you’re following my Sexy Arms program, that hydration will help make your new gorgeous arms look beautiful, soft and hydrated when you show ‘em off.

*Mixed berries for dessert

High in fiber and low on the glycemic index, these delicious antoxidant gems also help protect you from sun damage and help your skin stay youthful.

*Green tea as a drink or water with lemon.

The green tea is a wonderful anti-oxidant that does the same thing as the blueberries. It gives you stronger skin, plus helps fight harmful lights. The water will detoxify and hydrate.

As you can see, you’re gorgeous from the inside out. Now, please pass the strawberries.

If you are traveling light and there is a possibility of having to hand wash clothing — avoid cotton — it will present challenge to dry (with hand wringing) and will be a sodden mess in the bottom of your suitcase, backpack, pannier, etc. Instead invest in shirts, socks, underwear, etc made of “wickable” materials, such as polypropylene, “Drylene”, or other common brand names — these materials absorb perspiration, wash easily and dry very quickly. Pants, shorts, and even some shirts made of nylon fabrics can also be easily washed and dried, without wrinkling. Cotton is great when you have access to laundry facilities — otherwise, leave it at home.

When packing stick with basic, solid colors that coordinate easily. Bring clothing that can be used in layers and can be mixed and matched. You will not need to pack as much — for Europe, stick with tan, navy and black where for tropical climates, stick with white, tan, khaki. In both cases, use scarves, jewelry, hats, etc. as accent colors. If your budget allows it, you might also buy those items when you get to your destinations.

With that said, it concludes this edition of my post. Until then, remember to always live freely, love generously, and make a difference abundantly!

To preserving your inner youth beauty and to adding abundance to your life!

I hope the following article is helpful in beginning your relationship evaluation.

HEALTHY vs. ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIPS
by Joel P. Brandley

In healthy relationships: Couples set up household tasks and assignments agreed on by both partners and then the children as they increase in age. These assignments relate to the individual strengths of each and are acknowledged as gifts or personal contributions, not as demands or expectations. Couples are grateful for help and service the other is able to provide each day and understands and is flexible when “life happens.” Each partner is willing and responsive to helping the other as complications arise for each.

In healthy relationships, both partners are just that—equal partners. They both have the right to and are encouraged to voice their opinion about family and financial issues. They let their partner know what their plans are and discuss their plans out of respect and love, not out of duty or fear. They are not asking permission; they are free to choose for themselves. They are each encouraged to pursue their own interests. Their individuality and personal growth is viewed as adding great interest to the relationship and value to the family as a whole. This kind of relationship models the unique value and worth of both genders to the children and helps both male and female children honor their gender as well as that of the opposite gender.

In healthy relationships, no double standards exist. Each couple not only pursues individual strengths and interests, they also foster positive relationships and spend time with friends and extended family members independent of their partner and without judgment or jealousy.

In healthy relationships, his happiness or sadness or anger is his. She can do everything and anything to provide him with opportunities to experience joy and receive the love she is offering, but he is the only one responsible for what he does receive, the meaning he takes and adds to life based on his feelings, thoughts and actions.

In abusive relationships: The tasks and roles of the relationship are usually determined by and under the control of the male. If “life happens,” the spouse is still expected to meet the demands and time frame of her partner, regardless of personal sickness or circumstances. Out of this lack of respect and these unrealistic expectations springs blame. Blame is projected for what is done and not done. Soon the blame is not only heaped upon the battered woman for what she should do and control but begins to include those things which are not even under her control. Finally, the man begins to blame his wife for how he feels, thinks and acts and for the behavior of everyone around him. This blame is a total displacement of the man’s responsibility onto his partner.

In abusive relationships, ownership replaces individual worth and value. Webster defines ownership as: to have or hold as property; possess, to have power over, control. Ownership tells her that she is only as valuable or worthwhile as he says she is. She is no longer seen as a person as much as a possession or piece of property belonging to him. Sometimes this serves as justification for unrealistic expectations and blaming. Other times it is part of family beliefs and concepts, which allow and support the expectations and blame. If she has become nothing more than his property, without opinion, and he holds control over her, she is already no longer his partner. She has accepted a position less than his equal and most often less than the position he saves for his offspring. She has become the scapegoat for his and his children’s failings and has become his servant, maid and whore; giving up the right that most teenagers have—to determine what job they will do and whether they are willing to accept the wage offered.

In abusive relationships, ownership fosters a set of double standards. He can do things independent of her, hang out with friends, go to the bar or hunting and spend money as he wishes. However, she may not even think of doing something without him. If she has to ask her partner’s permission to do anything, he has taken possession over her and they are no longer partners. His controlling ownership can create a great sense of suspicion and mistrust and fear of loss for him. He may begin to count mileage, time and money to exacting degrees, until he forbids his partner to go anywhere unnecessary or to even talk to others on the phone. His suspicions can take control of him and make him think that if he can’t control what he sees as his possession then no one else can either. Women who are raped are often considered as someone who sadly and tragically had their rights and freedom over their bodies criminally and unjustly taken away by the rapist. Yet millions of women exist in relationships where not only their rights and freedom over their bodies have been stripped away from them, but their rights to their own thoughts and feelings have been ravaged as well.

EXPECT RESPECT; REJECT DISRESPECT

A world leader recently referred to disrespect as the number one cause of divorce. He indicated that disrespect manifests itself in criticism, abuse and abandonment.

Learning to stop being someone else’s property or possession is tough to do and can be very dangerous. Please be careful. This great country of ours, whose constitution protects the rights and liberty of all men and women, declares that all are created equal. A civil war was fought because some did not want to give up the slaves they counted as their personal property. You have to reach deep down inside of yourself and find the value and worth that was in you all the time. You must realize that being responsible and accountable for your own thoughts, feelings and actions is a full-time job. In healthy relationships, you rightfully refuse to accept the displacement of your partner’s or anyone else’s responsibility or their attempts to blame you for things beyond your control—especially their thoughts, feelings and actions. Give and do because it’s your choice, as a gift, and not because you’re expected to. Accept the little things done for you each day as wonderful gifts.

Each of us has the right to exist in relationships where our value, worth, opinions and feelings are honored. Accepting disrespect places you on a path in which unrealistic expectations; blame and ownership can thrive and destroy relationships and individuals in a descending plunging spiral. Always expect respect. Accept nothing less. Reject any and all disrespect

Brandley “Enlightened Pursuit Therapist” is a nationally licensed therapist and author. He has spent the last two decades in a variety of counseling and therapeutic positions in which he has witnessed and worked first hand with abused and battered women and children. He has inspired him to write the book: He Never Hit Me, A True Story.
Although the economy is still struggling to right itself, individually, we are all eager to be successful and happy every day. A large part of being empowered to create success and joy is simply the positive point of view that we need to be demanding of ourselves. Yes, right now, the glass may BE half empty. And yes, that can be frightening. Our job, however, is really not to focus on the glass at all, it is to look within ourselves and see how much our cup runneth over when it comes to the skills, services and amazing gifts that we offer those around us.

Thus, staying fulfilled so that we can offer 100% of ourselves and our enthusiasm, must be our number one priority. There are some simple decisions we can make each day to be sure that we stay on a path of positivity and service to others. This may not equal dollars right now, but it does make perfect sense! With an attitude of service and appreciation (even toward ourselves), we will be in the best position for success on all levels as the economy repairs itself.

So what are the do’s and don’ts to be brimming with optimism every day? The don’ts are easy. Although it would be foolish to avoid the media completely, definitely refuse to absorb it with a tarnished silver spoon full of expectation and disappointment. Your PERSONAL success is NOT dependent on what CNBC or the Wall Street Journal have to say. Likewise, those around you may be experiencing some very difficult decisions and situations. Be supportive and encouraging, but in your own heart, an attitude of appreciation will always buoy you forward.

So now the DO’s. HOW do we create and grow that attitude of appreciation? Investing in yourself is an amazing and rejuvenating experience. It is the one investment that can NEVER fail to deliver. Sadly, it’s likely that the first thing to go in your business budget is education, personal development or networking, but these are the LAST things you should give up. Why? Because, they are food for the soul – a hungry soul is not strong enough to see solutions and new opportunities that may be right in front of you.

Your investments do not have to break the bank. You can also tie in networking opportunities wherever possible. Online courses abound right now, and they offer chances to meet with like-minded men and women literally from around the world. Experts share their knowledge and passion in webinars and teleseminars every day of the week, and learning from them not only keeps your skillset growing, it also keeps your passion and enthusiasm alive.

Investing in YOU is a win-win-win. YOU are your best commodity, your best product, and your best opportunity to have success in ANY economy. And remember, GIVING of yourself can’t be beat. Reach out to organizations and other Daring women, and offer your own expertise to them. Sharing your own wealth of knowledge will build amazing relationships and create seeds for your future.

Occasionally when you’re climbing up the mountain of life, you’ll find a big boulder right smack dab in the middle of the path. That boulder might be medium sized and you may be able to get around it with just a little extra effort. But sometimes the boulder is massive and the path you were on is blocked forever. We think that’s the universe’s way of saying to you “Turn Left Here.”

Cindy had a “Turn Left Here” moment when the economic downturned caused her industry to lay off nearly 1,000 people in a six month period. After the initial shock, she began to realize that there may never be another job for her in the profession she’d worked in for more than 20 years.

Casting around for a way to replace the income she’d lost, she soon came to the conclusion that she’d need to retool. She signed up for a six-month course in social media marketing and merged her background in marketing and branding with these new internet tools and techniques.

In those six months she went from not even having a Facebook profile to teaching others how to brand themselves and their business. There were days when she thought her head would explode as she struggled to overcome the handicap of being a digital immigrant, but as the rusty parts of her brain became more accustomed to learning something new everyday, she soon came to love this fast-paced new industry. Cindy now blogs, tweets, posts and Vlogs multiple times everyday and trains others to do the same thing. She’s energized by learning new things and now realizes that turning left at the big boulder in her path opened up a new, different and equally beautiful path up the mountain of life.

So when the path changes, for whatever reason, we believe it can be a new opportunity—even if starting down that new path is scary at first.

We understand, however, that one’s first instinct isn’t always to turn to the left or even the right for that matter. We’re so accustom to telling ourselves to forge ahead at all costs that sometimes we literally keep banging our heads against the boulder, wondering why we aren’t making any progress. Here’s what we do when we feel stuck.

Stop and assess the current situation.

Close your eyes and imagine yourself on the top of a high mountain and the wind is blowing. Look back over the first half of your life and without over thinking it, choose a moment in your life that you’ve come to think of as particularly difficult or that most altered to course of your life. Now, letting go of the “could’ve, would’ve, should’ves” of that situation, try to image that moment as a large boulder blocking your path. With your eyes still closed, turn your gaze to the left and envision a new path that you hadn’t noticed before. Allow yourself to feel curious and excited about where it might lead. As you leave the original path and follow the new path let yourself feel joyful about the adventure ahead.

Identify values you admire.

Get out a piece of paper and a pen. Write down the names of the ten women you admire most. Again, don’t ponder this. Write down your first thoughts. Then write down the qualities you most admire in these women. Read the list aloud. It might help you to look into a mirror while reading this list. Put a check mark or star next to the qualities that resonate most with you as you read them.

Identifying your core values.

Now you knew this was coming. What qualities do you like best about yourself. Don’t be shy. We’ve been told not to brag about ourselves since we were young girls. This isn’t bragging. This is a conversation between you and you. So, go for it. Are there any words on the list of values you admire in other women that match the words you’ve used to describe your best qualities? If there are, chances are good that these words are core values for you. If none of them match, don’t worry. This is a process and in the end, it’s your choice completely to pick the words that you want to represent your core values. We recommend that you pick the four to six words that mean the most to you right now. At different times in your life, these words might change. That’s ok. Don’t get hung up on creating the perfect list. Just pick four words that you think can guide you as you make decisions of importance.

Create your Coat of Arms and Motto.

We like a good art project and we think that the act of writing things down, creating a visual representation of our goals and speaking them outloud helps new ideas and new habits take root in our brains. We’ve created a blank template for a Coat of Arms and Motto that you can download for free at http://www.queenofyourownlife.com/wp-content/uploads/COAT_OF_ARMS_P.jpg

Add the four to six words you’ve chosen to identify your core values to the coat of arms template. Feel free to use markers, glitter pens, ribbon or whatever speaks to you. Have fun with this. When you’ve finished your project, sum it up with a Motto. Ours is “Because We Say So.” To us that means that the way we live our lives is a conscious choice we make everyday. Now pretending you’re still atop that windy mountain, read your words aloud. At the bottom of the page, add “I admire this woman. I admire me.” Then sign your name. We admire you too.

Why is it so important to make your dream a reality? What happens to a dream deferred? The unfulfilled dream lingers in the mind, leading to blockage and frustrations. Potentialities are put aside in favor of everyday practicalities. It often seems impossible to set aside the time and space necessary to actively pursue the dreams that would lead you to greater satisfaction in your life. We are so mired in reality and so busy living by our clocks and calendars that we often forget what matters most to us. Sounds familiar! Don’t let it be you! Let’s take on the DARE together to turn your dreams into reality.

Why are dreams so important?

In your very busy life, taking time to dream seems frivolous. However, if you do not have a dream all you have is your reality. Dreaming is the expression of your heart and soul. It allows you to stop and ask yourself: what do I really want for my live, what’s going to make me happy and fulfilled? Dreaming is the ability to proactively create and design your life the way you want it to be. It is medically proven that people who have passion and dreams live on average 7 to 10 years longer and they tend to be much happier.

What are some of the most common reasons that could get in a way of you accomplishing your dreams?

Chances are, you let your doubts and fears dominate the air time and you may have a tendency to go to strategy too soon. Your mind wants to know where the time, money, contacts or expertise is going to come from. You look at the way your life is and unless you can see clearly how the dream can be accomplished, then you start to doubt yourself and you tend to compromise the dream down to your reality. And our society does a very good job at reminding you of your reality. How many times do you hear? That is the way it is, face-the facts, that has never been done before, what makes you think you can do that and on and on. Looking at what is will root you on the spot like a tree.

How do you overcome some of the obstacles such as time, money, fear and doubt?

It is such a story. “No time” or “no money” are not the real objections here. The lack of belief in yourself is what causes you to state something like, “I don’t have time or I don’t have money.” These obstacles are what I call: the “escapes” … we have all used before … because truthfully we don’t believe we can GET WHAT WE WANT… (and frankly deserve!)

To overcome those obstacles, it is important to realize that you are not alone. We all have limiting beliefs and fears. Not having enough time or money may be a reality but it’s only a limiting belief. There are usually creative alternatives for handling these issues: bartering services, asking for help, partnering with someone else – whatever the case might be. The ultimate question becomes: are you more committed to your dreams than you are to your reality? You start demonstrating that you are more committed to your dreams by taking actions. And in the actions you will gain confidence and self-esteem. You can never “think yourself” to a more confident you!

What do I recommend you do in order to increase the probability of turning your dreams into reality?

The people I know that are the most successful at accomplishing their dreams are usually not doing going at it alone. They have learned to articulate their vision with clarity and passion, and have the ability to excite, invite and enroll people to join them on their “dream team.” We are usually much more successful in reaching our goals once we’ve made a commitment to someone else and this is why coaching is so effective. There is a lot to be said about the Accountability Factor.

If you are really serious about pursuing and accomplishing your dreams and living your life more deliberately, passionately, purposefully and profitably, you would want to take a look at The Dream Coaching Process®. This 10-step process has turned something intangible, even esoteric like a dream, into real and practical steps. And once you’ve learned this process, you will be able to use it to assist you in manifesting what you want and deserve in your life.
